POLICIES

-No guests/kids/pets allowed.

-No refunds on any of the services.

-Please come at scheduled time. If you are running late please let me know as soon as possible. There is a 15 minutes late grace period. After 15 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled.

-A non-refundable booking fee is required prior to booking an appointment. The booking fee will go towards the amount that’s due on the day of the appointment. The remaining balance must be paid in CASH or Zelle on the day of the appointment.

-Cancelling appointment for any reason will result in forfeit of deposit. No show will also result in forfeit of deposit and you will not be able to book with me.


- You will lose the booking fee (deposit), if you cancel your appointment for any reason.

- You are only allowed to reschedule one time. Please notify me within 48 hours prior to appointment date. If notified less than 48 hours, you will have to pay another deposit.

-If you need to reschedule a second time, I will no longer be able to take you in as a client.


- No shows will be charged 100% of the service price. If you are more than 20 minutes late, you will be considered a “no show” and you will lose your deposit.

-Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice.


- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.
